Answer: The project endpoint and the name of the deployment
The SDK sample takes a project endpoint of the form https://<resource-name>.services.ai.azure.com/api/projects/<project-name> plus the deployment name used as the model value; az login supplies the credential. The resource endpoint stops one level above the project and does not address a deployment. The catalog version number is part of the deployment's definition, not its address. Subscription and tenant IDs govern management access.
