PRODUCTION SCENARIO

Which server-sent event carries each increment of the reply?

Answer: `content_block_delta` events
Each content block arrives as a content_block_start, then one or more content_block_delta events, then a content_block_stop, and the generated text rides in the deltas, whose delta.type is text_delta; that is what the SDK's stream.on("text") helper surfaces. message_delta reports top-level changes to the message, such as stop_reason and cumulative usage. content_block_start opens a block rather than delivering a chunk, and content_block_stop only marks a block finished, with no text attached.
