AI Hypercomputer is the integrated system that stacks all three layers: performance-optimized infrastructure in GPUs, TPUs, networking and storage; open software including optimized builds of PyTorch, JAX and TensorFlow; and flexible consumption options such as reservations and the Dynamic Workload Scheduler. That last name is the part-for-whole trap: the Scheduler is one of those consumption options, so it answers the capacity third of the question and neither of the others.
